Florent Tournier is a French-born musician, producer, and digital artist whose journey has taken him from geologist to a prominent figure in the cyberpunk art scene.
As a musician, his early fascination with psychedelic and retro visuals for his album art led him to develop a mastery for digital art. Later, he pursued studies in Earth Sciences and worked as a geologist in the oil and gas industry for 15 years. His extensive travels across nearly all continents, including time spent on a drilling platform in the Sahara Desert and witnessing the rapid urban evolution in Jakarta, profoundly enriched his artistic universe. This global exposure fostered a deep appreciation for earth’s landscapes and the balance between natural and technological elements, steering him towards the dark, dystopian aesthetics of cyberpunk.
Inspired by the vivid and intricate works of French illustrators Philippe Druillet and Jean Giraud (Moebius), Florent’s art merges the natural world’s raw elements with futuristic, imaginative themes.

Since 2023, he has dedicated himself full-time to digital artistry and music production, creating retro-futuristic soundscapes that enhance his visuals. Embracing the innovative potential of NFTs and generative AI programs like MidJourney, Florent’s work balances technological advancement with natural inspiration, reflecting his journey from earth scientist to digital visionary. His dedication to refining his style through animation and digital mediums showcases his relentless passion and the harmonious fusion of his diverse experiences.
